Course Registration and Fees

Early Registration Fee (by ~~August 22, 2024~~ ): € 580
Late Registration Fee (from August 23, 2024): € 630

The Registration Fees cover:

all courses,
plenary talks,
poster/oral presentations,
tutorials,
special sessions/workshops,
all the scientific activities,
VAT,
publication in the Springer LNCS Proceedings, and
the partecipation to the 10th International Conference on machine Learning, Optimization and Data science – LOD 2024.

Registration and Payment

Fill in the registration form below with all the necessary information on the attending person; it is also possible to specify a different paying person/Institution.

Only credit card payments are allowed. The transaction is managed by PayPal. It is not compulsory to have a PayPal account as it is also possible to directly typewrite the details of any accepted card by choosing the option “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (PayPal Guest Checkout).

You will receive the registration and payment receipts by e-mail upon completion of the payment process (usually a few minutes). No email is sent if the payment is canceled or uncompleted.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations received no later than ~~July 30, 2024~~ will receive a full refund less 50 Euro in processing charges. After July 30, 2024 no refunds will be given.

Obviously, in case of cancellation of the event a full refund of the registration fee will be given to all paid participants.

Registration form

The registration form is now closed.

Participants (who have registered and paid) for ACAIN 2024 who do not make a reservation at Riva del Sole (the Course and Symposium Venue) will be automatically cancelled from registration and participation in ACAIN 2024. The Applicant will receive a full refund less 75 Euro in processing charges. All reimbursements are processed 4-8 weeks after the Course and Symposium.
